Fotopia Technologies
With the document management system with OCR, time will no longer be wasted on attempting to figure out how to digitally capture documents and data to your internal system.
How does the optical recognition system work
The first step in making an optical recognition system is to use the scanner to identify the file quality. When all pages have been copied, the OCR software changes the report to two-color or high-contrast adaptation. The scanned image is scanned for light areas and shaded areas, dark areas are identified as characters to be perceived and light areas are selected as the basis. The opaque areas are then further processed to detect alphanumeric characters or numbers. OCR projects can change in their procedures; However, regularly include emphasis on one letter, word, or text box at a time. Characters are then identified using one of two algorithms
OCR uses
Lots of tools and software can be accessed over the internet to make life simpler, and one such tool is the OCR tool. OCR stands for Optical Character Recognition, which in Real Name, recognizes characters and texts. OCR is predominantly integrated with various applications and a regular daily presence; However, we hardly notice its existence.
Program Goals
Manage and organize documents, folders and forms
Reduce the distribution of documents and mail manually
Indexing, saving and archiving documents electronically using a scanner
Circulation of e-mail and circulation of documents and papers electronically through the local network
Learn how to create a custom document management system as per business requirements
Learn about adjusting document properties and issues related to them
Learn about ready-made software for documents and document management systems
Evaluation of standards used in document management systems globally
Document archiving / digitization of documents
Document Copy Valuable historical documents can be preserved, stored, and made indestructible by converting them into digital format. OCR technology is used to digitize old and rare books, so these manuscripts with irregular lines can be digitally altered and made searchable in the future.
Banking and Finance
The banking and financial sector uses OCT technology to the greatest extent. This technology helps improve security fraud prevention, reduce risk, and speed up processing. Banks and banking applications use optical character recognition (OCR) to extract important data from checks such as account number, amount, and hand signature. OCR helps in faster processing of loan and mortgage applications, invoices and payment statements.
